Included Services
The following services are included at Villa Genziana:
• Beautiful fully equipped flats with living room, kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, fridge, crockery and pans. Each flat has 2 or 3 bedrooms including a private bathroom with shower and courtesy kit.
• Bed linen and bath towels are provided.
• For the duration of your stay, you will receive a terry cloth bathrobe, a pair of bath slippers and sauna towels.
• Daily cleaning of the flats, kitchen cleaning between weeks and final cleaning is included.
• Change of linen in the room and bathroom.
• Cots and highchairs on request.
• Private parking space included. Garage available for €10/day.
• Free Wi-Fi internet access.
• Panoramic view of the surrounding mountains.
• Hiking poles available to borrow free of charge.
• Free or reduced-price participation in the "Val Gardena Active" sports and leisure programme.
• Friendly and courteous staff for your personal well-being.
• Bread roll service during the time when the Hotel Genziana is closed.
When the adjacent Hotel Genziana is open, the following services are included:
• On request a varied and abundant breakfast buffet (from 7:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.)
• On request dinner with choice of menu with 5 or 6 courses
• Welcome cocktail on Sunday
• Gastronomic themed evenings
• Lounge bar (drinks at extra charge)

• Relaxation in our wellness area "Alpness Retreat" with indoor pool, steam bath, bio sauna, Finnish sauna, relaxation room with heated loungers and ice fountain. The treatments in the beauty section and the solarium are available for a fee. Admission to the pool, sauna & relaxation area is permitted from the age of 14.
